   the brushes that I download don’t show up on my photoshop in color, i don’t know why, can you help me?

   The brushes are colorless, you add the desired color.
   Take one layer and use he brushes in white, then make another layer and add your color.
   Then change the layer prop from Normal to Color.
   Voilà!
